Regarding the sound, kept the Microsoft drivers and downloaded DFX Audio Enhancer to use as an equalizer and bass boost. Choose where you want to search below Search Search the Community. Uninstall Widcomm Bluetooth Adapter, if it is still there. You have to click OK. When it throws up an error message, ignore it and click cancel. It should still proceed to uninstalling the widcomm adapter.
